ENTRANCE AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

BEFORE CARE 

7:30AM - 7:45AM

Parents/guardians must drive to the Stop, Drop and Go Door. Enter the parking lot on Holly Street and continue to the side of the school building to the first door closest to Alden St. To enter, ring the bell labeled OFFICE. The student will be escorted to Before Care by a teacher/staff member. Parents/guardians will not be permitted to enter the building. 

MORNING DROP OFF 7:45AM - 8:15AM
PK3 – Grade 8
 

 Parents/guardians MUST DRIVE to the Stop, Drop and Go
door. Parents/guardians will drive into the parking lot on Holly Street and continue to the side of the school building to the door closest to Alden Street. Please do not park and walk to the Stop, Drop and Go door.
 Eighth graders will be available to walk the younger children to their classrooms.  Students with siblings in grades PK3, PK4 or Kindergarten may walk them to their classroom.  Parents/guardians will not be permitted to enter the building. 

LATE ARRIVALS

                                            Please park and walk your child(ren) to the front door.                                                              Parents/guardians will not be permitted to enter the building.

DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

 If you are picking up more than one student, please go to your youngest student’s dismissal door first.  

PK3 AND PK4 - 2:45PM

Students in PK3 and PK4 will be dismissed from the back doors on Saint Michael’s Lane. Dismissal is at 11am for Half Day students and at 2:45pm for Full Day students.

KA, KB - 2:45PM

Students will be dismissed on the Miln Street side of the building, from the last door, closest to Saint Michael’s Lane. 

1A & 1B - 2:45PM

Students will be dismissed on the parking lot side of the building from the last door, closest to Saint Michael’s Lane. 

2A, 2B & 3A  - 2:45PM

Students will be dismissed on the parking lot side of the building from the Stop, Drop and Go door 

4A, 4B & 5A - 2:45PM

Students will be dismissed on the parking lot side of the building from the last door, closest to Saint Michael’s Lane. 

6A, 6B, 7A & 8A - 2:45PM

Students will be dismissed on the parking lot side of the building from the middle doors.
